Dear Vendor,

Dee’s House invites you to join us for our Community Pop Up Market! We look forward to hearing from you and we hope you can be with us on one Saturday out the month. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the message line (252) 291-9883. Please note that vendor participation is limited to 20 spaces. There is a $15 vendor for this event.

MANDATORY FOR FOOD TRUCK VENDORS

To ensure a consistent experience for our attendees, we have implemented strict requirements for food truck participation:

- No Early Departures: Food trucks must remain on the premises until the conclusion of the Community Pop Up Market on Saturday (approx. 5:00 PM).

- Setup: Saturday setup begins at 9:00 AM. Trucks must be in place an *hour prior to event on Saturday. *depends on time of event*

- If you need to leave early: Please let one of Dee’s House staff members know ahead of time in order to maintain safety in the area.

Community Pop Up Market Schedule:

- Community Pop Up Market opens at 10:00 AM. All vehicles must be off the grounds by 9:45 AM.

- All vendors must be fully set up an hour prior to event on Saturday.

- Departure: Vendors are expected to remain until the event concludes at 5:00 PM Saturday.

- If you need to leave early: Please let one of Dee’s House staff members know ahead of time in order to maintain safety in the area.

Site Details:

- You must provide your own tables, chairs, and tents.

- Tents must be weighted with sandbags, tent weights or buckets.

- NO electricity is provided.

Vendor Information: There is a $15 vendor fee required to participate in our markets at this time. We want to ensure every local business has the opportunity to thrive. If you have a successful day and do well, feel free to leave a voluntary donation to help support the youth programs at Dee’s House!

Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited on Dee’s House grounds. Possession, sale, or display of these items will result in immediate removal without a refund. Guns, knives, swords or weapons of any kind.
